- What is coaching, and what is it for?
- The biblical concepts behind coaching

In his seminars, experienced pastor and trainer John Caplin leads participants to discover how to help those around them to better serve and achieve their goals.
His highly practical and focused teaching will be of great value to any pastor or leader who wants to “equip believers” for better service.
