Coaching 101 : A learning experience based on curiosity and good listening in order to help one reach his full potential
This training will take place at Manoir d’Youville, and will be offered over two days as follows:
Tuesday, October 26th 2021 from 10:00a.m.
Wednesday, October 27th 2021 from 9:30a.m.
As a District, we desire that no worker lives the ministry alone. This program of coaching was created few years ago to develop coaches in church context. Coaching respond to several problematics, challenges or questions the we can encounter as a worker, but also to the need of being more efficient in ministry.

Two ways to register:
- Registration with accommodation (until October 5th, 2021)
- Registration without accommodation (until October 13th, 2021)
Tickets are available at the bottom of the page. They include:
- registration
- accommodation (if applicable)
- a training manual
- meals
- taxes.
***Special note: Due to the current health situation and government restrictions, a proof of vaccination (QR code that shows you have received both doses of the vaccine) will be requested to get into the cafeteria and in the meeting room where the training will take place.***

During three seminars – brief, very practical and participative – John Caplin, an experienced pastor-coach, brings the participants to discover how to help those around them to serve better and reach their objectives.
